Build Process

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our build process

Starting a building or renovation project can be really daunting. Whether you have plans already drawn up or just have a general idea of what you need, our team will guide you through the entire process. We’ll make sure you have a clear understanding of your project’s scope, costs and timeline, so you can feel confident knowing your home is safe in the hands of experienced professionals. Our commitment to peak performance is reflected in our Platinum Guarantee, a promise that gives you unparalleled peace of mind.

1. Getting to know you

Before we can build your dream, we need to know what it is. We take the time to listen, so we clearly understand what your needs are, and the goals you have for your building project.

2. Visiting your property

Next, it’s time to get our boots on the ground. During a site meeting, we’ll take a close look at your property so we can evaluate the scope of the project. This helps us identify potential issues and develop a plan to address them.

3. Preliminary budget

With the information gathered from the site meeting, we’ll draw up a preliminary budget. This outlines potential costs to help you make informed decisions about your project.

4. Project plans

Once you’ve approved the preliminary budget, we’ll get to work developing detailed project plans with one of our highly reputable architects. This includes architectural drawings, electrical layouts and other important details that help ensure your project is a complete success.

Already have plans? Our team will get straight to work, getting competitive quotes from our preferred sub trades.

5. Pricing

Based on the project plans, we’ll give you a detailed pricing breakdown of your project. This includes all material and labour costs, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.

6. Contract & permits

Once the project plans and pricing have been approved, we’ll develop a detailed contract that outlines the scope of the project and establishes clear expectations for both parties. We’ll also take care of all necessary permits on your behalf.

7. Construction

With the contract signed and all the necessary permits in place, it’s time to start building. We’ll work closely with you to ensure that the work is completed on schedule and to your satisfaction.

8. Handover day!

With construction completed, we’ll do a thorough inspection and address any final details. Once everything is finished to our complete satisfaction and yours, we’ll handover the project so you can start living in your dream home. We’ll leave you with important details on appliances, product warrantees and maintenance instructions to ensure the longevity of your home.
