There were a few tricky bits - namely needing to create a false bulkhead to hide some down pipes, an exit for an extractor fan that had never been installed properly, a tidy up of a dividing wall into the living room as well as new flooring and all new joinery. They were great to work with and fit in around my tenant. The fixed price quote was awesome too as I knew exactly what all costs were up front so there were no surprises or bill shock along the way.
