"Denym has a real heart for his customers and he actually feels like he’s responsible and it really shows from day one and right to the end of the job.
I felt like he had empathy right from the beginning and he knew what he was talking about, where are your plans, we need to see the drainage, let's see what we can do to help you in your situation and it just put me at ease like right there.
Obviously I only had so much in my bank account, he was pretty much up front on the first day he says “tell me your budget” and usually I would shy away from telling my budget because I don't want people to go and use it all or that not enough see you later good bye. This is my budget but I need my driveway fixed and he said let’s make it happen. And I sighed instantly and I just felt like a wait off my shoulders.
There was a tricky situation where part of my driveway is shared and my beautiful neighbours has some concerns and it came to a head. Denym was approached but he was able to solve those issues as well and keep to budget.
I had flagged with Denym that was my concern was I’m at work all day the house is going to be open, who’s going to be here with them, and he put me totally at ease about the security, the person’s vetted, and what would like be like and from day one, what an amazing team. Oh my goodness the Peaky Builders not only just friendly but just they love their work.
