Not at all. We recommend you contact us before locking in an architect. We offer a free site visit to help establish your scope, budget, and feasibility—and we can recommend trusted architects who design with real-world building costs in mind. We work from client-provided plans, but we're here to support the entire process. Jeannine—our dedicated client advisor—guides you from the first conversation to the finishing touches.

We specialise in new homes, extensions and additions, and full home renovations. We are certified Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP).

That's totally normal—we work with homeowners who are new to renovating or building all the time. You'll have a dedicated point of contact from day one, and she'll walk you through every step of the way.
