Meet our crew
Terence's passion for building sparked when he was just a kid, trailing after his dad with a toy hammer (cute!). After helping out his 80-year-old grandad with home repairs, he knew building was his calling. Since then, he's worked on projects around the globe—from the Winter Olympics in Canada to chalets in France and luxury homes in Australia and New Zealand. Outside work, Terence enjoys family time with his wife Paola and son Beauden.
Denym has been building since he was a nipper, spending time in his grandad’s workshop and learning the trade from an early age. Over the years, he’s worked on a wide range of projects, from fitting out stores like Witchery, Sportscraft, 2degrees, and Hype DC, to building architecturally designed homes and light commercial structures. When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him in the ocean hunting for crayfish and paua, learning new skills, or spending time at the family bach with his wife, Jeannine, and his five siblings.
When our Client Advisor, Jeannine, moved to France two decades ago, she had the brilliant idea to renovate an old stone cottage. With half dating back to the 1300s, the other to the 1700s, she picked up some unique skills - like rendering thick stone walls and restoring 300-year-old beams. She LOVED the experience and has had the build bug ever since. Jeannine’s a trained sommelier, so wine (and food!) is another huge love. When she’s not exploring wine bars and restaurants, you’ll find her bush walking, swimming or enjoying time with friends and family.
Chris became a builder because he’s always admired the skill and craftsmanship of other builders. He thrives on the daily challenges and problem-solving that comes with the job, and is always pushing for improvement. He’s all about positive energy and teamwork, and loves that our crew shares his commitment to getting the job done to the highest standard. Off-site Chris enjoys fishing, family time and coaching his kids' boxing classes.
Meet Jesse, one of our most seasoned pros with over a decade of experience on the tools. From architecturally designed, award-winning homes to helping mates with backyard BBQ pits, there’s nothing he hasn’t tackled. In another lifetime Jesse was a professional skater, and his agility, balance and sharp eye still impress on our build sites. He’s also earned the nickname "Wiki" because you’ll rarely catch him without a fun fact about life, the universe or anything else for that matter!
Kaya made the switch from the army to building, and he hasn’t looked back. He loves watching a project grow from a concrete slab into a fully-fledged home. Kaya loves the camaraderie and joining in on the team banter, and he’s still pondering the meaning behind his most unusual find on the job – a bag of takeaways hidden behind a wall! When he’s not on-site, you’ll find Kaya at the playground with his kids or diving into the wizarding world as a massive Harry Potter fan.
Tyrel’s mum knew best when she suggested he become a builder, and we’re glad he took her advice! He’s a core part of our team, bringing a solid work ethic and team-player attitude to every job. What Tyrel won’t tell you is that he’s genuinely a good guy. After experiencing some less-than-stellar teams in the past, he made it his goal join a team that makes work enjoyable - and we’re all quietly grateful he chose us… but don’t expect us to say it out loud!
Angus became a builder with the dream of building his own home one day. He thrives on the banter within the team and enjoys learning new things every day. With such a strong work ethic around him, Angus is always motivated to keep up and never slow anyone down. He loves the outdoors, when he’s not on the tools you’ll find him enjoying nature or catching up on his apprenticeship studies. Fun fact: he has a twin brother!
