In fact, we recommend you contact us before locking in an architect. We offer a free site visit to help establish your scope, budget, and feasibility—and we can recommend trusted architects who design with real-world building costs in mind. This helps avoid the heartbreak of falling in love with a design that doesn't fit your budget.

We offer both fixed-price contracts and cost-plus agreements, depending on the project and your preferences.

What’s included in your quote?
Our detailed proposals clearly outline what's included, so there are no surprises later. We also walk you through optional extras, timelines and the likely council consent requirements.
What if I don’t understand the building process?
That’s totally normal—we work with homeowners who are new to renovating or building all the time. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact from day one (shoutout to Jeannine!), and she’ll walk you through every step of the way.
How long will it take?
Every build is different, but we’ll give you a clear project timeline once the scope and design are confirmed. Our team is known for tight project management and regular communication—especially important when building in Wellington’s weather and terrain!
Do you offer any guarantees?
Absolutely. We have our own Platinum Guarantee to ensure quality craftsmanship and professionalism. Also, as members of the NZ Certified Builders Association, all our work comes with the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee. This offers added protection for your build—covering materials, workmanship, and more.
