Question 1

Do I need plans before I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We recommend you contact us before locking in an architect. We offer a free site visit to help establish your scope, budget, and feasibility—and we can recommend trusted architects who design with real-world building costs in mind. We work from client-provided plans, but we're here to support the entire process. Jeannine—our dedicated client advisor—guides you from the first conversation to the finishing touches.

Question 2

What kind of building projects do you take on?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in new homes, extensions and additions, and full home renovations. We are certified Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP).

Question 3

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We build across Wellington and the surrounding region, including the Hutt Valley, Kāpiti Coast, and Porirua.

Question 4

What if I don't understand the building process?

Accepted Answer

That's totally normal—we work with homeowners who are new to renovating or building all the time. You'll have a dedicated point of contact from day one, and she'll walk you through every step of the way.

Question 5

How long will it take?

Accepted Answer

Every build is different, but we'll give you a clear project timeline once the scope and design are confirmed. Our team is known for tight project management and regular communication—especially important when building in Wellington's weather and terrain.
